Description

From the first solo tour “ONE NIGHT STAND” US tour realized in 1989, the New Haven performance on March 12th was recorded for about 80 minutes with a good audience shot for that time. In his long career, he only did two solo tours, and since they were quite small-scale, there are few records. In such a situation, this video is a valuable close-up shot of a small club tour. In addition, the sound is a powerful sound matrixed from a soundboard source that was recorded separately, and the live performance seen in such high-quality video is centered on KISS related people such as Bruce Kulick’s brother Bob Kulick and Eric Singer who will join KISS on this tour. Gary Corbett and Dennis St. James, who would later go on to play in CINDERELLA, also participated, and the set was a parade of KISS killer tunes, including three from his 1978 solo album, “Tonight You Belong To Me,” “Wouldn’t You Like To Know Me,” and “Goodbye.” Among them were rare repertoires such as “C’mon And Love Me,” “Hide Your Heart,” and “Reason To Live,” and “Let’s Put The X In Sex” was a rare number that was only included on the best-of album “SMASHES, THRASHES & HITS.” This rare performance, including that one, is here with the best video and sound.
