Description
In 2017, Paul McCartney’s long-awaited return to Japan took place. While his last two visits to Japan were the OUT THERE tour, this time the tour was renamed the ONE ON ONE tour and he returned to Japan. This time, a total of four performances were scheduled, with the first day opening with the legendary Budokan performance, followed by three consecutive performances at the Tokyo Dome. This work completely records the first day, April 25, 2017 Budokan performance on video. This work is composed of a variety of angles with a three-camera mix, and is well worth watching. Using two cameras from the arena and one camera from the stands that shows the whole view, the editing is done so that the viewer will not get bored. The characteristic Budokan ceiling before the show starts, and the cover version of “The End” is played in the venue and the lights go out. When it comes to the excitement of that moment, there will be no more exciting and thrilling scenes in life. The shots from the arena, which are used as the main focus of this work, are a must-see. Paul’s face is in close-up, and you can see his ever-changing expressions, his mouth as he sings, and even the sweat running down his forehead. You can even see the fingering of his right hand. There are countless “moe moments,” so this is a must-see video even for fans. In “Blackbird,” Paul makes a mistake with the guitar and bursts out laughing while singing. You can enjoy Paul’s expressions, gestures, and movements from as close as you can. Anyway, when you watch it all the way through, the memories of that moving moment and the heart-throbbing moment come back to your mind vividly. Combined with editing that is so interesting you can watch the entire long concert in one go, it is the perfect DVD to relive the concert itself. It will be a memorable title that truly recreates the concert as it was. The footage from three cameras is mixed together to create powerful close-up footage, and the sound is not from the microphones attached to the cameras, but is synchronized with high-quality sound recorded separately. ■Complete video recording of the Budokan concert on April 25, 2017. ■Multi-video footage mixed with three cameras. ■From super close-ups to long shots, it’s so realistic you’ll feel like you’re at the venue on the day! ■High quality audio recorded separately BUDOKAN HALL TOKYO JAPAN April 25, 2017 01.
