Description
This is a 1 hour 24 minute TV broadcast take of Paul McCartney’s Gershwin Prize commemorative concert held at the White House on June 2, 2010 (the actual broadcast was on July 28). The picture and sound quality are top class. In addition to Paul’s performance in front of the president, many attractive cover performances by Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello, Herbie Hancock, Dave Grohl, Jack White, Emmylou Harris, etc. are also recorded, and it is no exaggeration to say that all of them are must-see parts. Among them, Ebony and Ivory, where you can see Stevie and Paul performing together, is the best must-see part. At the last Hey Jude, the performers and the audience, including the president, go up on stage and everyone sings together to enjoy the moving finale. After the broadcast, several versions appeared on the Internet, but this board uses the version that is said to have the best picture and sound quality. CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF PAUL McCARTNEY 1.
