Pat Metheny, a legend who has continued to renew the history of jazz guitar, is still at the forefront of jazz in recent years with his activities in the young Unity Group. This special stage will be performed with the TOKYO ALL-STAR JAZZ ORCHESTRA, which has been highly praised at jazz festivals around the world! This is a two-disc live performance in Yokohama, a collaboration since his 2015 Japan tour, with excellent audience recording masters. Metheny is scheduled to release a new work centered on a suite composed by his close friend, bassist Eberhard Weber, and the festival will feature Metheny leading one of Japan’s leading big bands to play the magnificent suite.
