Unity Group suspended its activities in 2014, and in 2015, it was a one-year recharge period before forming a new quartet in 2016.In order to get rid of all kinds of stress, they performed as much as they wanted. In 2015, Pat, who was not active with the group, performed at Charlie Haden’s memorial concert in New York in January, a concert celebrating Eberhard Weber’s 75th birthday in Germany, and in March, he performed at Roy Haden’s memorial concert in New York. Participated in Haynes’ 90th birthday concert. In April, they performed two concerts as a trio with unknown Mike and Mark or Larnell, in June they performed one performance as a quartet with Bob, Nate and Chris, and in September they performed three performances as a trio with Scott Colley and Antonio Sanchez. A quartet with this trio and Gary Burton, a duo with Ron Carter, a collaboration with the Detroit Orchestra, a duo with Christian McBride, a performance in Yokohama with an orchestra featuring Scott Colley and Dan Gottlieb… He freely enjoyed performing whatever he wanted, collaborating with various artists and performing concerts in various styles.
