Pat Metheny is the richest jazz man in the world, with an incredible number of fans around the world. To be honest, it’s a very exciting club gig. The variety of close-ups at hand and the unique tones will hit you straight in the head. No matter how many effectors he uses, it still amazes me that he was able to create that wonderful Metheny sound with a guitar like this. Although Pat’s main guitar is currently handed over to an Ibanez, the Gibson ES-175 at the time was a great match, and this video is a must-see, especially for guitarists.
