This is a live recording of The Out Trio. I’m sure most people will say “Huh?” This is a unit by Terry Bozzio. With Alex Machacek on guitar and Doug Lunn on bass, they’re not a very well-known group, but their technique is top-notch. If you’re not a technician, you probably wouldn’t even think of joining Bozzio’s trio. It’s an audience recording, but it’s recorded pretty well, and you can enjoy the intense yet technical performance of the trio. There is no set list, but it’s mostly instrumental and like a jam session. The set list isn’t that important.
