[Live tracks (13 songs + α)] Concert stereo soundboard recordings (3 types, 8 songs + α) The most common in this work are live stereo soundboard recordings. The oldest is the first visit to Japan in December 1976. It is “Never The Less, As Time Goes By” and “I Honestly Love You” from the official live album “LOVE PERFORMANCE”. This is a take that can be heard on the official album, but from the 1970s, “Just The Way You Are” and “If Not For You / Follow Me / Take Me Home, Country Roads” from “November 23, 1978: Amsterdam Performance” are also included. This is also a standard soundboard, and the quality is completely official. There is one more concert recording, and this is the only one that has jumped in time: “Love You Crazy”, “Sam”, “Physical”, and “Close To You” from the “April 4, 2003: Tokyo International Forum Performance”. It is a soundboard sound from a TV broadcast, but the first digital broadcast version is used. In particular, the two songs “Love You Crazy” and “Sam” are precious takes that were cut from the rebroadcast version. Live TV appearances (5 songs) Concerts are not the only place where you can hear Olivia’s live voice. She also performed special performances when she appeared on TV. Many great songs were left behind throughout her long career. This work includes five of them, “Just The Way You Are”, “If”, “Fly”, “Grow Young”, and “It’s So Nice To Have A Man Around The House”. The year of appearance is unclear, but the live singing has a different atmosphere from both concerts and studio recordings, and is wonderful. This work is also full of valuable treasures. [Studio tracks (8 songs)] Different versions (3 songs) This work is not a live album, but a collection of rare tracks. Many treasures of studio recordings are also included. The most interesting ones are the different versions of famous songs. There are three songs, one of which is the original single MIX of “Come On Over”. The album version is 3:38, but this version is a minute longer at 4:41. Even more interesting are “Mon Amour, Mon Impossible Amour” and “Unten Am Fluss, Der Ohio Heisst”. You may think that these are unfamiliar song names, but the former is actually the French version of “I Honestly Love You” and the latter is the German version of “Banks Of The Ohio”. Songs not included in the album (5 songs) Up to this point, the tracks were basically different performances or versions of famous songs, but the last section is a song not included in the album. Some people may have never heard it before. The content is also diverse. “You Made Me Love You” is a valuable track that was provided for the movie “Xanadu” but was not included in the soundtrack, and “What’s Forever For” is a bonus track on the Japanese version of “BACK WITH A HEART”. Among them, the most valuable are singles from the 70s. “Biggest Clown” is the first single “If Not For You”, and “Sail Into Tomorrow” is the B-side of the single “Take Me Home, Country Roads”.
