Description
Since the best sound source capturing the final stages of the Oasis “DIG OUT YOUR SOUL” tour will be released, we have prepared the earliest sound source from the tour. That was the Seattle performance on August 26, 2008. There were two types of audience recordings on this day, and for “recorder 1”, a CD called “NORTH AMERICAN TOUR 2008” was released at the time. What will be released is the so-called matrix version, which has recently been released on the Internet by a maniac who has synchronized two sources. Since it was an audience recording in 2008, both sound sources had very good sound quality, but this work has resulted in an upper version with increased sound spread and clearness. In particular, “Recorder 1” seemed to be recording an audience in America, so I was concerned about the noise around it, but by combining it with “Recorder 2” this problem was alleviated. Still, the big chorus in “Don’t Look Back In Anger” has an exquisite balance, and this can be said to be full of good things. Needless to say, Liam is in great shape as it is the first day of a year-long tour. The two songs “Slide Away” and “Morning Glory” became difficult to sing as the tour progressed, and even though this Eden Project was a good day, I couldn’t help but feel that “Slide Away” seemed to be painful. . In that respect, since it was the first day of the tour, Liam sang the song perfectly. As the tour progresses, the lyrics tend to be sung forcefully, “Nau nya nyo main”, but here they are sung sharply, “Nau zaccho main.” On the other hand, as for the performance, since it was only the first day of the tour, I could not hope for the mature roughness of the Eden Project, but I think the performance that still feels straight and cautious seems rather fresh. What’s more, Noel introduces “The Shock Of The Lightning” as “a new single,” which is unique to the first day of the tour, and at this point, he probably didn’t expect that they would be disbanding a year later. It is also attractive that the sense of humor is conveyed. A gorgeous CD containing the matrix version of the first day of the “DIG OUT YOUR SOUL” tour, which combines such good content and good sound quality. Please also listen to and compare with the Eden Project at the end of the tour. WaMu Theater, Seattle, WA, USA 26th August 2008 TRULY PERFECT SOUND Disc 1 (54:06) 1. Fuckin’ In The Bushes 2.
