Description

The Oasis reunion tour “LIVE ’25,” which sold out even before their Japan tour, features a top-tier live recording from London’s legendary Wembley Stadium in the UK. This is not just a simple reissue; it’s a completely different, ultimate evolved edition, with multi-track mastering and remixing from scratch, including the opening act! Some may find it hard to believe this is an audience recording. Whether you own last year’s DEFINITIVE edition or not, this is an essential, must-have quality that is sure to impress. The atmosphere of the venue, filled with 90,000 people, and the band’s sound are all incomparably more powerful than previous releases. The moment you play this soundboard-quality recording, close your eyes and you’ll be transported to Wembley Stadium. Don’t miss out on this title that will leave its mark on the history of Oasis live recordings! The “LIVE ’25” reunion tour, which was nothing short of a social phenomenon last year, and the masterpiece “DEFINITIVE WEMBLEY STADIUM 2025 FINAL NIGHT: LEGENDARY GIG & RECORDING,” which became one of the two major landmarks alongside “TOKYO DOME 2025 2DAYS COMPLETE,” are now on the scene. This album captures the unparalleled enthusiasm and celebration of their overseas performances prior to the Tokyo Dome show, particularly in their home country of the UK, through audience recordings. It features the final August 3rd performance of their five-day run at Wembley Stadium, held from the end of July to the beginning of August, including the opening act, with undeniable quality that made it a bestseller, selling out even before the Japanese performances. This title has received rave reviews from overseas fans, who say things like, “The sounds are incredible. The crowd sounds pretty distant, and the vocals and guitars are huge. The instrument mix is great for an audience recording, and you can even hear Joey’s sticks counting in the songs. Definitely (not just maybe) the best-sounding audience recording of the UK leg of the Live 25 tour.” However, it’s a shame that such a superb recording has disappeared from the market. After all, it’s such a high-quality audience recording. After the Tokyo Dome concert, the reputation of ‘DEFINITIVE WEMBLEY STADIUM 2025 FINAL NIGHT’ has only grown with the demand to “hear the great performance from the UK concert in the best possible sound!” It’s a recording that simply has to be reissued…but we felt that a simple reissue wouldn’t be meaningful. So let’s take a moment to clarify the situation regarding this August 3rd recording. Regarding the live recording from that day, in addition to the ultra-high-quality audience recording exclusively released by our store, there are currently two other recordings released by other labels. The first is an IEM recording from the same day released by Empress Valley at the end of August last year (although there is a strong theory that it is an ALD recording based on the sound image, we will refer to it as an IEM recording for now). The second is an IEM recording released at the end of last year with the tagline “Two types of IEM recordings used per day.” However, both of these titles had major problems. First, while the former recording’s selling point was the raw performance sound derived from the IEM recording, due to the nature of the recording, there was absolutely no sense of presence. It sounded more like a studio rehearsal than a passionate performance at Wembley Stadium with approximately 90,000 people singing along, and even in the quiet parts between songs, the audience’s reaction is barely audible, making it sound as if the MC’s jokes are falling flat. It was questionable whether this could be enjoyed as a live recording. In addition, reception noise was also noticeable. The latter audio source presented even bigger challenges. While it claimed to achieve noiseless sound by combining two types of IEM audio sources per day, waveform analysis revealed that one of the two sources used was from August 2nd, not August 3rd—meaning it was a fake edit using an IEM audio source from a different performance. Furthermore, the attempt to force singalongs into certain songs, while the original IEM audio lacked realism, resulted in significant changes to the mix and sound quality of those tracks. Conversely, what if, instead of copying IEM audio sources from other labels, we could thoroughly re-examine our own high-quality audience recording of “DEFINITIVE WEMBLEY STADIUM 2025 FINAL NIGHT” from the master source, and while getting closer to the raw performance that is the strength of IEM audio, we could also achieve the overwhelming sense of presence that is its original strength—wouldn’t that be an amazing audio source…? This is an approach that is only possible in 2026. Therefore, with this release, the project has been upgraded to a new version. Is it even possible to surpass the high-quality recording that could be experienced on the sold-out DEFINITIVE edition? As if to answer the voices of fans who wondered this, a release that goes beyond a simple reissue and is truly heartfelt has been realized! After all, six months have already passed since the release of “DEFINITIVE WEMBLEY STADIUM 2025 FINAL NIGHT” last summer, and the latest AI technology has evolved even further, so the original high-quality audience master audio source has been thoroughly reviewed from scratch. The latest AI model was used to break down the audio source into 13 tracks (6 drum parts, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, piano, vocals, other, audience noise), and each track was remastered before a careful remix was performed. The result is a significant improvement from the DEFINITIVE edition that is immediately apparent! The performance has expanded in scope, yet evolved to a balance that brings it even further forward. Despite the original master source being a common and single source (which is truly surprising) for an audience recording, the upgrade is so significant that at first listen it sounds “just like a soundboard recording.” It’s astonishing how the previous best-selling DEFINITIVE edition sounds like nothing more than “an audience recording with really good sound quality” in comparison to this latest version. Most importantly, Liam’s vocals are closer and clearer, and the massive singalong of 90,000 people that follows are also closer. Usually, increasing the audience noise component tends to mask the performance and vocals, so the fact that they succeeded in bringing Liam’s vocals and the atmosphere of the audience forward without contradiction is nothing short of a great achievement. It has been reborn to such a state that you might mistake it for a completely different audience recording. For example, the evolution from the previous edition is immediately apparent from “Acquiesce” at the beginning of the live performance, with Noel’s guitar sounding closer from the intro. Then, as Liam’s vocals begin, you’ll be overwhelmed by the sound image that truly resembles a soundboard recording. Joey’s drumming is also significantly clearer than before, making his delicate playing much easier to hear. And behind Noel’s passionate singing of the chorus, the audience’s singalongs can be heard surging in like fine, granular waves! This thorough remastering and remixing wasn’t just for Oasis’s main performance; the opening acts, The Cast and Richard Ashcroft, were also meticulously worked on from scratch. Both of these were remastered and remixed after being broken down from the master audio into 12 tracks. The Cast, the first act, started their set before the stadium was full, so the sound image was a little blurry (though still of very high quality), and it had the most audience-record-like texture of the night. However, this remastering and remixing has drastically changed the sound image compared to last time. Finally, you can enjoy it with a closeness that rivals the main Oasis performance! On the other hand, Richard Ashcroft has addressed the weakness of the previous album—the low drum level—and transformed the overall sound into something much more robust. Moreover, the way Richard’s passionate vocals and the audience sing along intertwine in the finale, “Bitter Sweet Symphony,” consistently recreates the excitement with a richer breadth than the previous album, to the point where it gives you goosebumps when listening with headphones. The sound image and excitement are so high that you might even mistake it for a Richard Ashcroft solo concert! This is an astonishing ultimate edition of the incredibly impactful “DEFINITIVE WEMBLEY STADIUM 2025 FINAL NIGHT,” showing a tremendous evolution. At this point, the previous album can be enjoyed as a completely different mix. And for this release, the jacket design features various graphics that were actually projected onto screens during Oasis’s ‘LIVE ’25’ tour (many of you may have seen them live), and as a bonus, it even comes with a replica of the “souvenir ticket” (memorial ticket) that was given exclusively to those who saw the Wembley Stadium performance from VIP seats, so it’s an upgraded item as well! The best sound from the legendary Wembley Stadium in their home country can only be heard with this title! A historic title that has evolved to an almost unrecognizable degree has been born!
