Description

“New Order” is a very important group that bridged the gap between punk, new wave and techno, and even brought in rock and disco listeners. After Ian’s death, Bernard Sumner, who originally felt uncomfortable in his role as a vocalist, now seems to have completely settled into the role. In this video, he looks very innocent and restless, almost like he’s bored, which is a freshness that is hard to imagine from him now. Even though they used the latest synths at the time, which would now be considered extremely low-tech, each member “operated them manually” (lol), and you can’t help but feel the sweat of the real punk generation. This is a must-see video for punk/new wave/dance music fans! VIDEO RARITIES 1983-2002 PRO 75 min VARIOUS UK TV APPEARANCES 1983 01. Chosen Time 02. Blue Monday #10 3. Age Of Consent 04.
