In the summer of 2015, Neil Young formed a new unit, Promise of the Real, with Willie Nelson’s two sons, Lucas and Micah Nelson, and released the album “The Monsanto Years.” , also released “EARTH”, which is based on live recordings from that tour. After that, a European tour started in early June 2016, and the first day of the UK tour, which started on June 5th in Glasgow, Scotland, lasted 2 hours and 34 minutes, and was completely recorded using DAT recording. It is a wonderful reproduction of the final day in England with a clear and warm sound that rivals the latest digital equipment, and although the live album “EARTH” featured “THE MONSANTO YEARS”, here it is a greatest hits song.
