Description
This work includes the same “June 29, 1982: Nakano Sunplaza” performance as the CD. This is the spectacular audience shot. You may be thinking, “Huh? Isn’t this something I couldn’t listen to before?”, but in reality, this work is about 35 minutes long, which is far from full. Moreover, the sound quality is not as good as a CD. On the CD, I didn’t get scared no matter how hyper the performance got, but there are some scenes in this work that cross that line (though, since it’s just a band, this work may be closer to the image for some people. I don’t know). If this was all there was to it, it would be a bad video, but of course that’s not the case. In fact, on MOTORHEAD’s official website, it was highly praised as “much clearer than the 1983 Cardiff video, which was the only known ANOTHER PERFECT lineup video,” and “as far as we know, extremely valuable footage.” What’s also amazing is the amazing view. The opening song “Iron Fist” was being filmed in the second row on the first floor, causing a huge mess, but the photographer moved on from there. From “Go To Hell”, which resumed filming, it was taken from the second floor stand seats that looked straight ahead at the center of the stage. And this is probably the front row. There are no obstructions, and you can see every part of the stage as much as you want, and even the audience in the first floor seats are not visible, just a close-up shot of Remy and Robo’s brave appearances. Furthermore, the sense of stability is outstanding. I think he is probably using the handrail in the front row of the stand as a tripod, but even though he is chasing Remy, who frequently steps out to the audience seats while using zoom to push the limits of the equipment, there is almost no camera shake. The “moving robot era” alone is priceless, but you can experience the immersive feeling of staring at it through binoculars from a special seat (if you had filmed it right from the beginning, it might have been the ultimate full-length video… …). This work is a video work that shows us the “sights” of visiting Japan for the first time, but its value is world class. It is a video evidence of the robot era that is recognized by the official website. Although the degree of perfection and beauty as a musical work cannot match that of a CD, it is a piece that inflates the image/powerful thrill dozens of times.
