This is a super high quality recording of the live TV broadcast in Hunziken, Switzerland on March 13th, 2009 and in Bonn, Germany on March 28th. Although the same content has been downloaded from the Internet, this version uses a digital master that we obtained ourselves, and is recorded in the best quality in both image and sound. This live performance was just one month before the Japan tour in April 2009, and Mick Taylor’s heroic figure, who plays guitar more freely and with a more satisfying listening experience than in the Japan tour, is captured in a super high quality multi-camera pro shot with many close-up scenes. In addition to the familiar backing members such as Max Middleton, who also play in Japan, Michael Bayley is in charge of bass on this tour. Michael’s outstanding and excellent bass playing is truly wonderful, and together with Jeff Allen, he creates a wonderful groove in every song, greatly entertaining the listener. The bass solo in Goin’ South will be captivating for everyone. In People Get Ready, a rare selection recorded at a Swiss performance, side guitarist Denny Newman plays a magnificent guitar. The interviews are inserted in a total of four places, but the content is interesting and the English is easy to understand, so everyone can enjoy watching it. The image quality of both program takes is extremely excellent, and the performance content is very high quality. Although it is a recording of only standard songs, the only songs that overlap are No Expectations and Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, and the rest are different numbers, which is a really nice point. (Hunziken includes Late At Night, Burying Ground, You Gotta Move, Goin’ South, People Get Ready, Bonn includes Twisted Sister, Alabama, and Blind Willie McTell.)
