Description

A live performance held at the Boom Boom Club in Sutton, England on August 30, 2008 was recorded in full with a super high quality audience recording. This is a must-have for fans, using the original DAT master, which is not available even among traders. The members are familiar faces such as Max Middleton and Jeff Allen, and they will give you a great performance full of breath and groove. Taylor’s performance, which is a flowing solo with a good tempo, is a must-listen for fans. According to the recorder, the venue was a very small club, but the sound was amazing, and all the instruments and Taylor’s deep vocals are recorded in ultra-clear, allowing fans to enjoy a blissful hour and a half. The amp noise runs through Losing My Faith, which is surprising, but the trouble is only for a moment. The long solo in Blind Willie McTell, which also features Layla’s riff, is a masterpiece. The last song is the familiar Stones’ Can’t You Hear Me Knocking and No Expectations. This year, he has only made one-off guest appearances, and apart from the Blues Summit in London in May, his only live performances as the Mick Taylor Band were at a festival on July 12th and on this day, so Taylor fans around the world will probably be very happy to hear that a recording of this day existed, along with their voices of surprise. This is a great album in terms of content and sound quality. A must-listen latest live album is here.
