Description
From UFO’s 1994 tour, which saw a dramatic reunion with a lineup that included Michael Schenker, the Osaka performance on June 18th is completely recorded with an astonishing ultra-high-quality audience recording. The shocking Osaka highest sound quality disc that has never been booted so far, comparable to the live recording of the second day of the Tokyo performance from the same 1994 tour, “LIGHTS OUT TOKYO 1994”. A must-listen album for everyone who listens to it, with no doubt that the sound is so good. The 1994 return tour was probably because the Tokyo performance was released as a sound board recording, and other regional performances were not actively released. The memorable works are the two tour performances of “FORWARD TO RETURN” a few years ago. The Yokohama stage of the eyes was only made into a high-quality sound disc. And now, after 20 years, the 1994 Osaka performance is revived with the highest sound quality. At the beginning, there is a Japanese announcement that has not yet been recorded for the Tokyo performance. Before Michael’s acoustic set, a tour official announced, “Michael’s album “Thank You” is not sold at record stores, so please apply directly to Michael Schenker via email.” However, the contents here also give a sense of the times. Next, two songs “Positive Forward” and “Peace” will be played from the acoustic set, but first of all, there is no doubt that you will be surprised by the quality of the sound. Although it is acoustic, the sound is not thin at all, and the high-quality sound that is recorded with a thick, direct, and natural texture that fills the speakers will make many enthusiasts very happy. Next, after the opening SE, we moved on to Natural Thing. Naturally, the venue was very excited, and there was a lot of roaring and clapping, but anyway, the sound balance between Michael’s guitar and Phil’s vocals was just as good! Paul’s piano, which adds an accent, also comes out with a nice sound. The thick and sticky groove feels great, and it’s easy to understand that this recorder can’t produce an ordinary taper (this may be a bit out of place for hard rock fans, but this taper was released at the same time as the rolling – Apparently he was the one who recorded the Stones’ performance at Budokan, so it makes sense! UFO’s performance in front of enthusiastic fans was also exceptional, as they were able to listen to a more cohesive performance than in Tokyo. You can tell from this wonderful recording and enthusiasm that the members were also very excited about the welcome they received. This is a recommended piece.
