In 2017, they returned to Japan for “Loud Park 17” following the previous year, and the performance at the Saitama Super Arena on October 15th was recorded in full in a 108-minute digital audience recording. First of all, the singers are not strictly fixed for this project, and while there are times when there is only one singer overseas, this time Gary Barden, Graham Bonnet, and Robin McAuley were all present. Michael’s playing was as sharp as in recent years, and the three vocalists were in better form than last year, and in addition to last year’s set, this time they also performed “No Time For Losers,” “Bad Boys,” and “Broken Promises.” In particular, “Broken Promises” from “Apocalypse” was only included in the set at the Sapporo performance in 2016, but it finally appeared here again this time. This limited edition memorial item from their 2017 Japan tour also features Graham, who has been in good form in recent years, Gary, who is responsible for many of their signature songs, and Robin, who is still going strong, as well as the rhythm section of Ted McKenna and Chris Glenn.
