“SUPER ROCK ’84 IN JAPAN” revives the precious official video of M.S.G.’s third generation singer, Ray Kennedy, in the world’s highest quality. It is truly a decision board among decision boards, but unfortunately it is incomplete recording and a dynamic replacement. That being said, he preserved the Ray Kennedy era in the best possible way, but since he is a legend, I am also curious about his true form. Therefore, we have prepared an audience album for the two days at Seibu Stadium. This work is the same master as those previously released as “SUPER ROCK ’84 TOKYO DAY 1” and “SUPER ROCK ’84 TOKYO DAY 2”, with “August 11th” on Disc 1 and “August 12th” on Disc 2. ” is included. Of course, it is a completely original master using the cassette given by the recording person himself, and was recorded with the same taper and equipment on both days. Currently, the Miracle Man recordings “TOKYO FIRST DAY” and “TOKYO SECOND DAY” with a similar concept are on CD, but they are recorded separately. The first half of the show on the second day was not recorded, and it was a recording that missed out on CD due to the major drawback of starting from “Lipstick Traces,” but the sound itself is as good as the Miracle Man recording. In fact, some customers say they like it better than the Miracle Man recording. After all, the biggest highlight is Disc 1, which contains the first day. The only thing that has been made official is the scene where Rudolf Schenker and Klaus Meine jump in in “Doctor Doctor,” so almost the entire movie is a separate live performance. Starting with “Ready To Rock,” “Attack Of The Mad Axeman,” and “Rock Will Never Die,” which were cut in the official video, and even the surprising MC who says “Moshimoshi! Are you ready?” at the beginning of “Cry For The Nations,” the complete performance includes You can enjoy it with great sound. Ray’s performance was full of impact even in the official video, but the 100% real version is even more amazing. The husky voice quality is reminiscent of Kevin Dubrow or Dee Snider, but it’s hard to describe the lyrics that can’t be memorized, the sloppy delivery and MC who doesn’t understand the band’s image at all. His destructive power is tremendous even with just the voice without any costume or action. Disc 2 of “August 12th”, which is the same as the video, allows you to enjoy the charm without replacement. Although the first half is missing, the sound is better than Disc 1 and has ideal high-quality sound. Ray’s voice disappears here, without even allowing us to hear his uncontrollable behavior. The high-key “I’m Gonna Make You Mine” makes you think, “Oh, you can sing!”, but in the middle of the song, you completely lose track of the progress, and in “Armed And Ready”, it’s no longer improvised lyrics, but scatting. situation. The 12-minute “Rock Bottom” is where Michael’s high tension explodes, making it hard to tell whether he’s desperately trying to rebuild his stage or whether he’s giving up on himself. Although it was cut out from the official video, it is an amazing take with a great performance that seems to be shouting, “If I have a solo, that’s fine!” The last song, “Doctor Doctor,” runs out of tape after about 3 minutes and 15 seconds. After all, it is a difficult recording to press, but it is also a sound that is too unfortunate to be forgotten. The last night of “THE MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP” recorded by one taper, and the truth about the turning point of the Schenker brothers combined with the SCORPIONS edition. Please enjoy it to the fullest!
