Michael Schenker had a very successful visit to Japan. His visits to Japan have always been fraught with trouble in the past, but in recent years he has been stable and his excellent performances have delighted his fans. The catalyst for Michael’s stabilization was his reunion with Gary Barden in 2008. Since then, the quality of his albums has been high and his live performances have been fulfilling. This time, we have decided to release a particularly fulfilling audience shot from the live performance when he performed with Gary Barden again! This work “GYPSY LADY IN SANTA CLARA” is a recording of the live performance at the club “Avalon” in Santa Clara, California on June 11th, the third performance from the 2009 US tour accompanying the announcement of “GYPSY LADY”. This 2009 tour has many excellent live videos, and it is a must-see for fans.
