Finally, the definitive edition of Thriller (Starlight) session sound source collection is here! Wow, how many years has it been? It’s been so long since a proper collector’s CD of Michael was released. So I think this is a very happy release for fans! ! “Thriller” is a great work by Michael Jackson that was released on December 1, 1982 and is famous as the “best-selling album of all time” even if you are not a fan. The album was originally scheduled to be released as “Starlight”. This work is a collection of valuable sessions, demos, alternate takes, etc., including the first appearance of the sound source at the time of its production. Of course, the sound quality is the best because it is recorded on a sound board! (Some of the songs have poor sound quality and end quickly, but they are included because they are valuable.) Also includes a rare track and 7 takes of “BEHIND THE MASK”, which Eric Clapton will sing later. It is full of interesting sound sources such as “THRILLER”. At the end, there is a soundboard recording of “BEAT IT” performed with Eddie Van Halen, who passed away at the age of 65 on October 6, 2020, at the Dallas performance in 1984. I would like to dedicate this closing track to these two geniuses. The binding is also very nice, using the jacket photo of Starlight, which was scheduled to be released, and has been given an aurora coating, making it shine in seven colors.
