This is a best-of album created by Led Zeppelin researcher Dave Lewis, who has assorted rare songs that cannot be heard on the official Led Zeppelin album. The title “Unhard” was created based on this detailed list. At the time this list was released, no good quality soundboard sources had been unearthed, so this time some of the songs have been replaced and brushed up! The world of Zep cannot be contained in the world of the front alone. It has been updated from the released version and includes the original selection of Four Sticks. Woodstock is the 1975 LA performance SBD, It’ll Be Me, which was the audience source, is the 1977 Fort Worth performance SBD source, and The Train Kept A Rollin’ is the 1980 Frankfurt performance brushed up! All tracks are high quality soundboards. The plant-sung version of Babe I’m Gonna Leave You and the fast tempo version of No Quarter, which are included here, are must-listens.
