Description

The previously released title THE CALM & THE STORM (CD) has been remastered from scratch! This sound source was also used to fill in the gap between songs after the performance of “Tenkuu” in “STAGE IN TOKYO 1971” (2CD), but there are surprisingly few sound sources that capture this gap between songs (Front Row sound sources are usually used in most previously released albums), so in that sense, this sound source, although niche, can be said to be quite valuable. This board is not a remaster of the previously released CD board, but has been remastered by going back to the master. No noise reduction has been applied as with the previously released board, but continuous noise caused by the tape, such as the popping noise in Whole Lotta Love, which was periodically mixed in, has been carefully removed as appropriate. As with the previously released boards, no noise reduction has been applied (in fact, it seems that applying noise reduction does not produce very good results), so it is true that the noise is noticeable and the sound is not good at all, but the dumpling-like bass part is surprisingly full, and the sound has a slight liveliness of the scene (it is especially interesting that it picks up the conversations of the surrounding audience). Furthermore, phase correction has been applied, making it the current 10th This is the best sound of Source. As those who have already heard the released version know, it is undoubtedly a tough sound, but if you listen to it while assuming that you are listening to it at the back of the Budokan at that time (lol), it is strange that you feel like you have traveled back in time to the scene, and it is interesting because you can feel the realism that it was like this at the top of the seats. Although it is a project title for core Zeppelin collectors, it has a charm that goes beyond just being a valuable sound source because it was released in the past, so I hope you can check it out with this best version. Live at Budokan, Tokyo, Japan 23rd September 1971 (78:54) 1. Introduction 2. Immigrant Song 3. Heartbreaker 4. Since I’ve Been Loving You 5. Black Dog 6. Dazed And Confused 7. Stairway To Heaven 8. Whole Lotta Love ★cut in ※ Removal of the popping noise that frequently occurs in the right channel at the beginning 9. Communication Breakdown
