Description

Complete recording of July 15, 1973 performance in Buffalo, New York! On this day, the sound board sound source had been unearthed for some time, but this work is characterized by using a source called second generation and recording with a sound quality that exceeds that of the previously released version. When I actually listened to it and compared it, I found that while it was a hard, pen-like sound that was typical of the 1973 boards, this Buffalo performance was recorded without any discomfort with a rich tone even on the same sound board, such as the wide range and the extension of the sound. It is comparable to high quality soundboards such as those from 1975. Also, this sound board only had the sound source until “Stairway To Heaven” at the end of the concert, but this work is no exception. However, since then, the four songs “Moby Dick”, “Heartbreaker”, “Whole Lotta Love” and “The Ocean”, which are missing to be exact and correspond to Disc 3, have been recorded with the first appearance audience source, and this is the first concert. This is a complete recording of. At the beginning of the tour, in Chicago and elsewhere, Robert was not feeling well and didn’t have much of a voice, but he seems to have recovered at this time, and there are many moments where he shines wonderfully, even if it is not the best. However, this concert is also famous for being doused with firecrackers many times by unscrupulous guests. In the intro of “Over The Hills And Far Away”, Robert clearly expresses displeasure towards the audience, and in “Dazed And Confused” and “The Ocean”, firecrackers are set off regardless of the song or stage progress. Masu. I think one of the ways to enjoy collector’s items is to be able to listen to such “accidents” as documents. The first complete recording of the July 15, 1973 Buffalo performance with soundboard recording + first appearance audience. The concert file focused on the latter half of the concert, which had not been heard before, so it was not possible to confirm it with the actual sound, but now it has finally seen the light of day. That’s it. I hope you enjoy listening to it. DISC ONE 01. Rock And Roll 02. Celebration Day 03. Black Dog 04. Over The Hills And Far Away 05. Misty Mountain Hop 06. Since I’ve Been Loving You 07.
