Description
On April 23, 1977, Atlanta recorded the Omni performance with an audience recording. The sound quality is average, and the impression of the sound varies depending on the part. The sound gets better at 6:55 of In My Time Of Dying (however, In My Time Of Dying is not recorded after 9:39). The sound suddenly gets better during the guitar solo around the 17 minute mark in No Quarter (there is a big cut at 20:36 in the same song). The sound gets better at 2:27 of the drum solo (cut at 6:57). Kashmir’s sound is distorted and difficult to listen to. The performance is good, so if you don’t care about the sound quality, it’s worth a listen. Live at The Omni, Atlanta, GA. USA 23rd April 1977 Disc 1 1. The Song Remains The Same 2.
