Description
This work is an audience album of the “Providence performance on August 3, 1975”, known as the masterpiece of the “DRESSED TO KILL TOUR”. The sound of this work is “excellent”. You can feel the “ringing” that seems to be an audience recording, but it is not muddy or cloudy, and it is directly connected to the sense of scale. It is a super-famous recording with a beautifully separated sound and a thick and transparent air that suppresses audience noise. That’s because this work is a secret recording of the world-famous master, “Dan Lampinski”. Moreover, it is a special high-quality recording in his collection. If you have ever listened to even one Lampinski recording, you will think of the master’s first-class “super clear details” and “high-class sound like an official”, but it is depicted in the most ideal form. Why did he give up the throne of “Tour No. 1” this time, despite being such a super recording? It is because of the shortness of the set. It’s not that the master missed the recording, but this day was the opening act for BLACK SABBATH. Compared to the Long Beach performance, there were four fewer songs, “Got To Choose,” “Rock Bottom,” “Nothin’ To Lose,” and “Let Me Go, Rock ‘N’ Roll.” Although the quality was completely competitive, this new excavation made it the “runner-up.” That said, there aren’t many amazing super recordings like this. In fact, this work is also a tremendous KISS show with a fierce surge of the finest masterpieces. The dense feeling is not half-hearted because it is short, and the MC where Paul Stanley, who reappeared in the encore, said, “We didn’t know each other when we first came out on stage, but now 12,000 friends in the venue are supporting us,” is also full of the scent of “1975”. It seems that there were many spectators at the scene who were there for the main act BLACK SABBATH, but the cheers and frenzy swirling in the venue are the best of the KISS show. This was a very difficult album for BLACK SABBATH, even in their golden age. Live at Civic Center, Providence, RI. USA 3rd August 1975 PERFECT SOUND 1. Intro. 2. Deuce 3. Strutter 4.
