Description

“ALIVE!” changed all destinies. This is the masterpiece and the finest live album of the “DRESSED TO KILL TOUR 1975” that produced that great masterpiece. This work contains the “Long Beach performance on May 31, 1975”. Although it is different from “ALIVE!”, it is a concert in the middle of it. Let’s imagine the relationship with “ALIVE!” in terms of the schedule.・March 19: Northampton (first day) ・May 16: Detroit (33rd performance) “ALIVE!” ・May 31: Long Beach (44th performance) [This work] ・June 21: Cleveland (53rd performance) “ALIVE!” ・July 20: Davenport (60th performance) “ALIVE!” ・July 23: Wildwood (62nd performance) “ALIVE!” ・August 28: Indianapolis (final day 73rd performance) I’ve summarized it quite a bit, but this is the main point of “DRESSED TO KILL TOUR 1975”. “ALIVE!” is a live album made up of four performances, and you will realize that the Long Beach Arena performance of this work is in the middle of it. This show has been known for its superb sound source for a long time, but this work is neither a copy nor a remaster. A master unearthed by the prestigious “KRW_CO” which has been a hot topic recently. It is the highest peak version that was digitized directly from the original analog cassette. The sound is so amazing that it makes you think “Is it really an audience!?” Anyway, both the musical tones and the singing voices are super clear and direct. There is not even a trace of echo in the venue, and it is a recording with a direct connection feeling as if the line plug was directly inserted into the ear. Although there is a lively applause before the performance and between songs, etc., I feel that “It’s probably the audience …”, but if you listen normally, you can enjoy the same immersive feeling as with a sound board. Moreover, the ultimate freshness of the master direct is fierce. Although the conventional sound source was very thick, the edges were rounded due to dubbing deterioration, and the tape was also found to be twisted. However, this direct master has no such deterioration at all. It’s like it was recorded yesterday … No, it’s a fresh feeling like KISS is playing here and now. It’s a sound board-like recording, but this work is still an audience recording. It feels like a harsh “reality”. The realism of the cheers and enthusiasm is felt, but even more than that, the “presence” of the performance is amazing. The performance is like a slam, the air is breathing between the members, and the vibe is so strong that you can feel the PA shaking at high volume. The feeling that “they are here” and “they are rocking here and now” is amazing. The show depicted with that sound is truly worthy of being called “100% real ‘ALIVE!'”. All the songs in the set are from “ALIVE!,” but there is no sense of editing from multiple performances, and there is no replacement to push it onto an analog record. The passionate performance of “ALIVE!”, which forcibly turned history upside down, erupts from the speakers “just like on the spot.” There is no point in saying four or five about such a tremendous live album. This work is the highest peak of “DRESSED TO KILL TOUR 1975”, “ALIVE!”, which can be enjoyed with 100% real realism. It is neither more nor less (but “more” is not possible). This is a super-excellent live album that hits the full show with the power of “Fuck the soundboard”, and is the best experience of the legendary tour. It is one of the best in the entire history of KISS, and a magnificent new excavation. Live at Long Beach Arena, Long Beach, CA. USA 31st May 1975 PERFECT SOUND(UPGRADE) Disc 1(31:46) 1. Intro. 2.
