Judas Priest/Germany 07.31.2026 Complete & more

This release features a full soundboard-level audience recording of their performance as the headliner on the third day of the annual metal festival “WACKEN OPEN AIR,” held in Germany on July 31st, during the European leg of the “FAITHKEEPERS Tour,” which began in July 2026. Despite being a festival, this live performance was almost the full setlist of the tour, and the setlist was drastically different from the previous year’s “SHIELD OF PAIN Tour,” with only three recent songs and the rest being a string of killer tunes from the 70s. Although the official announcement had teased an anniversary, there were only two songs from “Wings of Destiny” and only one “Turbo Lover” from “Turbo,” but “The Ripper” was performed for the first time in seven years, and “Steeler” was also performed in Europe for the first time. Furthermore, the included Blu-ray disc contains only the first four songs from the opening, but it is recorded in full HD quality from the webcast on-air master and runs for 17 minutes. Fans should definitely check it out, as it offers a glimpse of part of the festival through professionally shot footage, even if it’s short.
