Description

The best sound board from the “RAM IT DOWN” era is back in a long version. It’s been decided to release it! There is only one sound board album from the “RAM IT DOWN” era… that is, “MERCENARIES OF METAL TOUR 1988”. It is “New Haven performance on August 7, 1988”. This show is an official sound board that has been broadcast on FM and has long been known as a classic. Our shop has also received great reviews as “RAM IT DOWN IN NEW HAVEN”. This work is a new version of the classic sound board, and it is an expanded version that also includes “Beyond The Realms Of Death”, which has not been recorded until now. The master this time was produced by a core maniac from overseas. It is roughly the same as the conventional broadcast, but the “Beyond The Realms Of Death” from a separate broadcast has been added, and the order of the final four songs that were changed in the broadcast has been aligned to the actual concert. However, the master released online was a different master that roughly connected “Beyond The Realms Of Death” with different sound nuances, which was full of discomfort. Therefore, in this work, we have mitigated the discomfort by making adjustments as much as possible. As expected, it did not become like a one-shot master, but it has been finished as the most natural definitive board at the moment. The show depicted with that sound is the highest peak of “MERCENARIES OF METAL TOUR 1988” that Japan has never experienced. In a complete change from the “TURBO” era, they claim to be royal heavy metal, and their thorough heavy metal is not inferior to the “Cry of Vengeance” and “Law of Immorality” eras. Starting with a dignified metal declaration by “The Hellion/Electric Eye”, it is a gorgeous metal show that lines up the best songs of the 80s. The set list for “UNITED TOUR 2004”, when Rob had just returned, and the “EPITAPH WORLD TOUR 2011-2012”, the fake retirement tour, were also culminations, but this work is a luxurious set that is comparable to those, performed by PRIEST in their prime in the 80s! And what’s most noteworthy are the new songs from that time. The four songs are “Come And Get It”, “I’m A Rocker”, “Ram It Down” and “Heavy Metal”. This is just so exciting! At the time, “Johnny B. Goode” was also played depending on the venue, but these four songs were the main ones. All of them can be heard on an official sound board… Not only are they rare, as they cannot be heard on subsequent tours, but the songs themselves are even more wonderful. In particular, the intensity of the popular number “Ram It Down” and the heavy and deep flavor of “I’m A Rocker” are really, really great songs. This work alone is the best live album, but that’s not all. This week, the super-decided sound board works “DEFINITIVE DENVER 1980” and “DEFINITIVE BLITZ 1981” will be released, and it is a chance to complete all the tours of the “golden 80’s” with the apex sound board. The apex sound board is … ● British Steel Tour 1980 → “DEFINITIVE DENVER 1980” ● World Wide Blitz Tour 1981 → “DEFINITIVE BLITZ 1981” ● World Vengeance Tour 1982-1983 → Official DVD “LIVE VENGEANCE ’82” ● Metal Conqueror Tour 1984 → “DEFINITIVE JAWBREAKER” & Official “Immoral Law” 30th Anniversary Edition ● Fuel For Life Tour 1986 → “TWIN TURBO” ● Mercenaries Of Metal Tour 1988 → [This work] … and these seven works. There are also official works such as “LIVE VENGEANCE ’82” and the 30th anniversary edition of “The Law of Immoral” lined up, which means that the other works are super-fine products comparable to the official products. It seems that JUADS PRIEST is a band that does not understand the psychology of collectors and tends to have incomplete archives, but with the power of bootlegs including this work, you can complete your collection! Not only is it a superb live album of JUDAS PRIEST that returns to metallic, but it is also a masterpiece that will be the final step in the “80’s collection”. Along with “DEFINITIVE DENVER 1980” and “DEFINITIVE BLITZ 1981”, be sure to get the “ultimate steel record” in your hands! New Haven Coliseum, New Haven, CT.
