This is a recording of Joni Mitchell’s acoustic concert. Although it is an audience recording, the venue is small and the performance is recorded carefully from close range, and the sound quality of the performance is as good as that of a soundboard. The concert features friendly conversation between songs. The volume of the audience’s cheers was adjusted between songs by the master, which was a little annoying, and there were some parts that were slightly annoying, so we considered cutting and editing the songs, but we left it in so that you can enjoy the atmosphere of the time and Joni’s speech was valuable, so if you are bothered, please skip it with the remote control. The sound source had a lot of hiss noise from the original transcription, but this has been significantly improved by noise reduction by the label. This is a great live album that consists of many songs from the early masterpieces “Ladies of the Canyon”, “Blue”, and “For the Roses”.
