John McLaughlin Trio John McLaughlin/CT,USA 1991 Complete

The second installment of the trio project, featuring acoustic guitarist McLaughlin, Indian percussionist/drummer Trilok Gurtu, and bassist Dominic Di Piazza, was recorded at Tor’s Place in New Haven, Connecticut on July 2nd during the tour to promote the 1991 masterpiece “Que Alegria.” This two-disc set contains a complete recording of over an hour and a half in ultra-high quality stereo sound that surpasses the soundboard, which has been carefully mastered by the label and recorded by the first master recorded by the band (affiliated members)!
