John Lennon/Walls and Bridges Sessions Ultimate Collector’s Edition

John Lennon’s 1974 album “Walls and Bridges” ultimate collector’s edition “SESSIONS” is now available! The recording sessions that document the album’s production and demo sound sources that capture the original forms of the songs are included.The DVD also includes surround, stereo remixes, and monitor mixes that reproduce the valuable 4-channel mix that was released at the time as an “audio album.” This is a collector’s edition of 3CDs and 1DVD containing . CD1/2 contains the “recording sessions” of the album production in the order of the songs on the album. “Midnight Run”, which includes almost all existing takes, has interesting content including parodies of “Ain’t She Sweet” and “Yesterday,” and is completely recorded in stereo, including the first appearance of session sound sources that were monaural in the past. The valuable rehearsal of “I Saw Her Standing There” performed before co-starring with the legendary Elton John is also recorded as an upgraded sound source. CD3 includes a collection of “demo” sound sources. A number of acoustic guitar and piano demo sound sources that capture the original form of the songs are also included as upgraded sound sources with the latest remastering. The extras include a promo single mono version that is not included in the “ALTERNATES” edition. The DVD includes three audio tracks as “Walls and Bridges: Audio Album.” By switching the audio, you can listen to and compare remastered stereo, 4-channel (5.1 surround), and original analog stereo, and if you listen with headphones, you can compare the differences in real time. Additionally, a “monitor mix session” is also included as audio. It is a document that plays back rough mixes through monitors in the studio, and includes mixes that can only be heard here.
