A complete recording of the solo live held at London’s Virgin Megastore on June 15, 2004 with ultra-high quality audience recording that approaches sound board recording. This uses the master DAT of the recorder, which is not available even among traders, and the recording of a solo performance while playing acoustic and electric is very valuable as well as very enjoyable. In the guitar solo, he used the familiar talking modulator, and at the end, he performed Desperado while playing the keyboard himself. One of Joe’s unique features is that he can tell all of Joe’s signature songs with just one guitar, and that he makes the audience sing the chorus of “Life In The Fast Lane” and gives lessons on it as well. What makes me particularly happy is when he plays the piano and passionately sings “Pretty Maids All In A Raw” and “Desperado.” It may be a great benefit to bring tears to his eyes when he’s not playing the guitar.
