In the early 1980s, Joe left Aerosmith for a while and formed a solo project. This gig was held at the Royal Oak Music Theatre in Michigan on July 25, 1980, shortly after the release of the first album “Speak Passionately!” This was recorded using stereo soundboard recordings from the radio broadcast master. The live performance included songs from his first solo album, as well as Aerosmith songs and covers, and the straightforward sound, which was a little different from Aerosmith and focused on straight-forward R&R, was unique to Joe. 01.
