Description

From the last U.S. tour that took place as an experience from the fall of 1968 to the following spring of 1969, the final performance in Providence, Rhode Island on May 17th is almost completely recorded from a good audience master at the time. What is noteworthy is that they had already performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” before Woodstock, and it was also a rare live version that introduced “Sunshine Love” in the middle. In addition, the bluesy performances of “Red House” and “Hear My Train a Comin'” are among the masterpieces of this period, and this tour, which was the last as an original experience, was the first of the tour. The band’s playing ability has improved significantly compared to , and Jimi’s playing, including thrilling improvisations, can be said to be the height of maturity. 01. Intro/02. Lover Man/03.
