Description

This is a master quality soundboard recording of the jam session at the After Hours, a show headlined by B.B. King, held at the Generation Club in New York on April 15, 1968. The biggest highlight is that Jimi Hendrix, who was in the latter stages of the Experience era, also participated, and since the Paul Butterfield Band was the main backing band as a house band, Al Cooper and Elvin Bishop also participated. In addition, although it is unclear whether it was recorded on the same day, a blues jam session with Roy Buganan is also included, making this a valuable recording source.
