Description

It was announced that the 50th anniversary tour of 2018 will be held in Europe and North America, and the performance at the Albert Hall in London on April 17th from the early spring UK tour was recorded in full from the high quality audience master for two hours. The biggest point of this tour is that while the concept of the 50th anniversary show was a hot topic, the reality is that it will be a historical show that follows the era from the debut, which is almost limited to the 70s, and the representative songs will be performed in chronological order from “My Sunday Feeling” at the top of “THIS WAS”, and “A Passion Play” at once. Then, after a short break, they move on to “Too Old To Rock ‘n’ Roll” and “Heavy Horses”, and also play “Farm On The Freeway” from “CREST OF A KNAVE”, the only 80s song, and end with “Aqualung” and “Locomotive Breath”, a composition that will be irresistible for fans of the past. Between songs, videos were played on the screen at the venue, showing former members Jeffrey Hammond, Mick Abrahams, Jon Evan and others introducing the songs. In addition to the band members, the footage also featured Steve Harris of IRON MAIDEN, Joe Elliott of DEF LEPPARD, Slash of GUNS N’ ROSES, and Tony Iommi of BLACK SABBATH, who all spoke of their passionate feelings for Tull. This collector’s edition is a must-listen for fans, and you’ll want to check it out. Disc 1 : 1. Intro Tape : Beggar’s Farm 2. My Sunday Feeling 3. Love Story 4. Ian Anderson Introduction 5.
