Description

From the US tour accompanying “Blow By Blow” in 1975, Toronto recorded an upgraded version of the late show of O’Keeffe’s performance on July 23, which is a standard sound source. The early show released earlier was also very good in both performance content and sound quality, but this one was also recorded with a very high quality audience recording, making it a must-have and must-listen for fans. Like the early show, the sound quality is improved compared to the existing sound source, making it a piece that is worth listening to. In addition to proper mastering with a focus on natural sounds, the noise caused by the master at 4:49 of Constipated Duck, 0:04 of Definitely Maybe, and 30 seconds of Power has also been removed. Both the overall balance and the sense of separation between instruments are perfect, allowing you to enjoy the performance of this period without stress. Definitely Maybe’s free and creative play is the best. The first half of Superstition, which effectively uses a talking modulator, is also worth listening to. In the piano solo before ‘Cause We’ve Ended As Lovers, where you can hear the ever-changing masterpiece, you can also hear Jeff’s MC saying, “Listen properly!” (Another feature of this recording is that the piano sound that brings out the whole thing is recorded very clearly.) There is a tape change cut after Cause We’ve Ended…, but it’s a big problem because it’s between songs. It has not become. I played Morning Dew briefly before Got The Feeling. You Know What I Mean is also great because it starts with a natural mood. (There is also a cut point before and after this song where the tape seems to have stopped.) A must-have for fans that reproduces one of the best periods in Jeff’s history with ideal sound quality.
