The historic live recording of the legendary rock queen Janis Joplin’s final stage is now available in the latest edited remaster in 2024! This recording was made at Harvard Stadium in Boston, Massachusetts on August 12, 1970. It is an incomplete but best version of the existing sound sources based on the analog sources of multiple audience recordings in the past. Starting with the unreleased “Tell Mama (Tell Daddy)” at the time, “Mercedes-Benz” was included in the posthumously released album “Pearl”, “Summertime”, which was the last passionate singing, and “That’s Rock ‘n’ Roll”, this is the definitive version of Janis’ last historic live performance!
