Description
A high-quality stereo soundboard recording of James Taylor’s live performance at Tanglewood Music Center on May 6, 2003, is of such high quality that it can be declared one of the definitive JT live sound sources in recent years. The songs from “October Road” released the previous year, especially “September Grass”, which is extremely valuable as a live take, are worth listening to. There is no need to explain the excellent performance of the super gorgeous musicians such as Steve Gadd, Michael Landau, and Jimmy Johnson who solidify the back. *Please note that “Steamroller” is faded out and “How Sweet It Is” is faded in due to the radio DJ’s announcement. 01 Interview 02 Something In The Way She Moves 03 Copperline 04 Mexico 05 (I’ve Got To) Stop Thinkin’ ‘Bout That 06 October Road 07 September Grass 08 Bittersweet 09 Carolina In My Mind 10 Up On The Roof 11 Fire And Rain 12 Shower The People 13 Sweet Baby James 14 Steamroller 15 How Sweet It Is (fades in) Seiji Ozawa Hall, Tanglewood Music Center, Lenox, MA, 6th May 2003
