Description
The latest studio solo recordings have arrived. This title is a remastered recording of the line recordings left by the eternal bass hero Jaco Pastorius at his local Florida studio about three months before his shocking death. A solo performance performed at his leisure, switching between piano and bass, with a beer in hand. From his good mood, it is hard to imagine the tragedy that awaited him just three months later. Bonus tracks include a live performance in 1978 when he jumped on stage with the Tom Scott Band, and an outtake from his first album, “Microcosm.” This is a rare collector’s edition that Jaco fans must listen to.
