On November 26, 1982, at a nightclub in Reseda, California, during a tour to mark the release of Blondie’s seventh solo album, “Zombie Birdhouse,” released on Blondie’s bassist Chris Stein’s label after his contract with a major label expired. A rare sound source that completely records the live performance with good stereo audience recording is now available! This work uses sound sources that were recorded directly from the master cassette and leaked onto the internet, but the pitch deviations caused by the master have been corrected and remastered. Only a few seconds of the intro to “Horsesong” are missing due to a tape change, but the rest is completely recorded. In the master cassette, the pitch was slow and the sound image was muffled, but with remastering, the sound quality has been improved to a coarse but well-balanced sound quality. This was a live performance led by The Untouchables, which was made up of the same members as the following year’s Japan tour, including Blondie guitarist Frank Infante and ex-Criminal’s Michael Page, and focused on numbers from “Zombie Birdhouse.” The setlist included a Stooges number and cover “Louie Louie”.
