Herbie Hancock/Norway 2004

In 2004, a title was released that directly recorded the live sound source broadcast on FM in Europe of the wonderful stage performance performed with Norway’s proud Stavanger Symphony Orchestra. The songs selected for the live performance with a beautiful symphony orchestra, such as Gershun’s “Enchanting Rhythm” and Ellington’s “Cotton Tail,” have all become standards in jazz history and performed by wonderful ensembles. Please also note that the popular Richie Barshay participates on drums and percussion.
