Description
Hanoi, who made a miraculous comeback to Japan in 2002 to perform at Summer Sonic, performed at Summer Sonic at Intex Osaka on August 18th. This performance was recorded in full from the audience master with overwhelming quality that even a poor sound board would be blown away. Anyway, the sound was so realistic that there was no sense of distance, and it was a direct sound with zero echoes. While there was a pro-shot video of Summer Sonic in Tokyo, this one had sound quality comparable to a full live performance of all 14 songs. And the hyper live performance was fronted by Michael Monroe and Andy McCoy, and although it was a short set for the festival, it condensed the killer tunes from their debut to their first revival, “TWELVE SHOTS ON THE ROCKS,” which was not yet released. In addition to the standard songs, “Cheyenne” from “BANGKOK SHOCKS, SAIGON SHAKES, HANOI ROCKS” is reminiscent of the legendary first visit to Japan, but there are also rare songs with almost no other records, and the new song “Lucky” from that time is also valuable. In any case, this is a 100% live performance of Michael Monroe, burning with enthusiasm right after his comeback, with the highest quality. 1. Intro 2. Delirious 3. High School 4. Lucky 5.
