Description
This work includes the “Mountain View performance on June 5, 1988”. This is a concert two shows after the Seattle performance. And this work is also a wonderful audience recording. Since it is the same “Krw_co” collection and a very close show, you can enjoy clear sound and passionate performance. However, although the pitch, which was about a semitone lower, was corrected, the opening “It’s So Easy” changed frequently, and there are parts in the second half of the show where the sound quality changes slightly. 90% of the show is super powerful without any problems… What a pity! However, I still can’t say that I didn’t hear this sound. The super-excellent “middle part” is amazing. What’s most pleasing is that you can hear the super rare “It Tastes Good, Don’t It?” in this work. And with a super clear sound! This is already the best, but Axel’s singing is amazing. Later, Axl himself said, “My ears were messed up on the tour with IRON MAIDEN. (I couldn’t hear well) I forced myself to sing twice as loud as usual. I got carried away and screamed so much that I couldn’t speak anymore.” This album is the sound evidence that supports this testimony. The fierce singing explodes with “Is this enough?”, and even “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” is a super scream of “Heaven’s Dooooooooooooo!”. Of course, if you scream this much, you’ll lose your throat… Of course, the band’s tension is also broken by such a “mad” Axl, and Slash is also in high spirits throughout the whole album, weaving phrases from “Stairway To Heaven” and “Cat Scratch Fever” into his solo. Great singing, super rare songs, super clear sound. Again and again, the instability at the beginning is a pity… That said, more than 90% of this album is super-excellent.
