Description
The classic sound board of the “APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION TOUR” has been upgraded and is now available. The classic is the “Pasadena performance on December 30, 1987”. This is a sound board that has produced many existing releases and has been introduced in the past, but this work is neither a reissue nor a remaster. It is the best master that has appeared in recent years. I’m curious about the contents, but first of all, the position of the show. As usual, let’s check it out from the whole world tour. [1987] June 19-28: Europe #1 (3 performances in the UK) August 1-September 17: North America #1 (24 performances) September 29-October 8: Europe #2 (8 performances) October 16-December 31: North America #2 (49 performances) ←★Here★ [1988] January 5-February 12: North America #3 (13 performances) March 31-June 8: North America #4 (30 performances) July 9-September 17: North America #5 + Donington (40 performances) December 4-19: Japan/Oceania (9 performances) This is the overall picture of the “APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION TOUR” that shines brilliantly in rock history. The Pasadena performance of this work is the end of “North America #2”. In Pasadena, there were four consecutive performances from December 18th to December 30th, and this work is the final day. This period is also a special lineup. Steven Adler broke his arm in a bar fight and left the tour from December 16th, 1987 to January 5th, 1988. Fred Khoury of CINDERELLA sat on a stool as a substitute for the nine performances during that time. This work is a live album that allows you to enjoy the full set of that precious period on the highest peak sound board. And the biggest point of this work is the sound. It was a wonderful sound board that was a big staple until now, but the master this time is definitely young and fresh! There is almost no dubbing deterioration, and it is free from the twists and hiss noises that were scattered throughout the entire work in the previous release, and the fresh sound spreads plenty. However, since the original sound board itself is the same, it is still the type that is more delicious than the “official class” type, but it is a much more vivid sound than the previous ones that had previously corrected the noise in the brain. The precious show depicted with that sound is wonderful. As mentioned above, there were nine special performances with Fred as the drummer, most of which were opening dates for Alice Cooper. However, this work is a full set of solo performances that ended the opening schedule. This week, the newly excavated audience album “CHICAGO 1987” will also be released at the same time, but you can also enjoy plenty of “Move To The City”, “Used To Love Her”, “Rocket Queen”, “You’re Crazy”, “Patience”, and “Mama Kin” that you can’t hear there. Of course, the performance itself is also wonderful. A triumphant concert that returned to the suburbs of LA with plenty of confidence that has been revolutionizing the world. The monster is the most monster of wild rock and roll, and the local relaxed and excited feeling is blended nicely. Don’t miss Fred’s beat that is involved. Although he was stiff at first, he has become familiar with the band in this work with a lot of experience, and it is an ensemble that makes you think “It might have been interesting if he had succeeded Adler” … (By the way, Adler also accompanied the tour, and appeared on stage before “Welcome To The Jungle” in this work. He greets the fans). Even among the historic “APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION TOUR”, Fred Khoury’s participation live is even more precious. It is a masterpiece of a live album that contains the full set alone on a superb sound board. The highest peak upgrade of the classic sound board that enthusiasts have loved for many years.
