Description
After EL&P broke up, Gary Moore and Moore performed together, leaving behind two albums. The performance at Hammersmith Odeon in London on October 30th from the 1981 UK tour was recorded for 59 minutes from a good audience master that was released in recent years due to taper. First of all, the KING BISCUIT FLOWER HOUR sound source “GREG LAKE IN CONCERT” was officially released from this tour, and this London performance was of course almost the same content, but the sound quality was simply amazing, and the real excitement that cannot be experienced on the official version was firmly reproduced. The atmosphere was such that the audience at the venue were cheering and cheering, and the expectation of “Are they going to play Crimson or EL&P songs?” was clearly conveyed. In the end, the full set of 11 songs was almost the same as the tour, with 5 songs from solo albums, 2 from EL&P, and the much talked about Crimson “21st Century Schizoid Man” and “The Court Of The Crimson King”. In any case, it was a big hard rock event where Gary played a lot, and Gary took control of the solo parts and developed improvisation. In addition, he did not play “Paris Walkway” on the North American tour after this, and the super long choking is too vivid for fans to listen to this collector’s edition.
