Description
This double keyboard band was formed by Dave Greenslade (formerly of the Coliseum), Tony Reeves (b), Andrew McLouch (ds) (formerly of KING CRIMSON), and Dave Lawson (kbd,vo) (formerly of SAMURAI). This is a recording of a studio live performance held in Stockholm on October 3, 1975, recorded on a soundboard! This is a valuable live recording from the release of “Time and Tide” in 1975. Although it was a cassette recording from that time, it was recorded with a fairly good quality, and there were only a limited number of recordings of live performances in the 1970s, so this performance was a truly miraculous newly excavated recording that had been buried for a long time. Also, Tony Reeves (bass) had left the band, and Martin Briley, a multi-player who was active as a studio musician, joined the band. In addition to the bass, he also played guitar and vocals, and showed a different personality from Tony Reeves, breathing new life into the band. With Dave at the center, each member’s individuality was more pronounced than ever before, and they performed with a rich variety of performances and a British, elegant sound, which are also featured on this album. However, the band broke up soon after this tour, so this is now a valuable album as a precious live recording.
