The re-formed GFR, from the 2017 US tour, live performance in Lincoln, Rhode Island on February 17th was recorded in full on the digital audience recording. The current members are Mark Fana absent, but the original members Don Brewer and Mel Thatcher, as well as Bruce Kulick, ex-KISS, and Max Karl, ex-38 Special, are added to the vocals and keyboards of the five-person formation, and of course the hit tunes of the 70s are on parade. Bruce Kulick’s sharp guitar is particularly prominent throughout the album, and the guitar solo in “Scream of Solitude” is reminiscent of the original song.
