Description
The reunited GENESIS’ “THE LAST DOMINO? Tour” has finished its 2021 schedule. The latest report will be released in two works at the same time. This work is the second of two performances. It is a superb audience recording of the “November 5th + 6th, 2021 Madison Square Garden (hereinafter MSG) performance” which was held for two consecutive days. The first report of the US tour, “RALEIGH 2021”, will be released at the same time, and “PHILADELPHIA 2021 1ST NIGHT: THE VIDEO” will also be released. The latest report was released in a rush. The overview of the entire tour will be explained in “RALEIGH 2021”, so let’s check the position of each work from the detailed schedule of the US tour.・November 15-18 (3 performances) *November 19 “RALEIGH 2021” ・November 20-30 (8 performances) *December 2 “PHILADELPHIA 2021 1ST NIGHT” ・December 3: Philadelphia performance *December 5: New York performance ←★DISC 1-2★ *December 6: New York performance ←★DISC 3-4★ ・December 8-16 (5 performances) *Note: The concerts marked with “*” are the ones that will be released. Two full performances recorded by the most skilled of the generation. This is the final 21 performances of GENESIS’s US tour. The simultaneously released “RALEIGH 2021” was the fourth performance at the beginning, but the MSG performance in this work was the 15th and 16th concerts that had progressed a lot. This work, recorded at such a show, is truly the finest audience recording. The two performances in this work are not just at the same venue but also the same recording artist collection, but the recording artist is no ordinary person. He is Mr. “Tapehead2”, known as a modern master. This person specializes in progressive rock and is a sound reporter who reports on the latest shows of various artists. The collection is too long to list, including Roger Waters’ masterpiece “LOUISVILLE 2017 MATRIX”, Steve Hackett’s “CRUISE TO THE EDGE 2018”, John Anderson’s “PASADENA 2019”, YES & ASIA’s “BETHLEHEM 2019”, etc. Phil Collins’ revival solo tour was also reported in “PHILADELPHIA 2018”. This work is a super-excellent set that allows you to experience two performances in full with such a master sound. In fact, the sound of this work is worthy of being called “like a sound board”. The simultaneously released “RALEIGH 2021” absorbed the hall noise, even if it was only a little, but this work has a sharp core that jumps into your ears with a zero-distance feeling. Between songs, real applause erupts, and Phil’s MC voice also has a sense of space. However, during the performance, the ultra-vivid feeling is so strong that you can’t believe your ears, “Where is the audience in this!?” Ultra-delicate sound that feels vivid even with slight position differences Moreover, both performances are extremely similar. The reason for this is of course the recording position. On the first day of MSG (DISC 1-2), it was “11th row of Section 115”, and on the second day (DISC 3-4), it was “9th row of Section 116”. In the case of MSG, there is almost no difference in distance between Sections 115 and 116, and they are almost the same environment. However, even if they are very similar, they are not the same. When comparing the same songs on headphones, the second day (DISC 3-4) has a more vivid outline and a stronger direct feeling. Perhaps the very slight difference between “11th row” and “9th row” affected the sound. This work is so vivid and delicate that even such a slight difference can be felt clearly. A superb recording that is a candidate for the best masterpiece, which came out with the end of the North American tour. It is a masterpiece that sets two performances of the superb master of modern progressive rock “Tapehead2”. Is it “RALEIGH 2021” with a beautiful sound, or this work with a super direct feeling and two performances? If you have to choose only one, it’s this work with a sound that will surprise everyone… No, after all, we would like you to enjoy both works at the same time. A superb audience recording set of “November 5 + 6, 2021 Madison Square Garden performance”. Both performances are works by “Tapehead2”, a well-known modern master, and the sound is “just like a soundboard”. The core, which is extremely thick and has a sharp outline, jumps into your ears with a zero-distance feeling. Real applause erupts between songs, but during the performance, the super vivid feeling is so strong that you can’t believe your ears, “Where is the audience in this!?” This is a super entertainment masterpiece that allows you to experience the entire two consecutive performances that will be the highlight of the final US tour.
