Description
A dynamite title that will shock GARY MOORE fans around the world! GARY MOORE’s stage performance from 1972, whose activities have been shrouded in mystery until now, will appear for the first time in the world! During this period after SKID ROW disbanded at the end of 1971, there were various rumors such as that he was “immersed in songwriting” and that he was “disappearing.” In fact, according to his biography, it was a “blank period” and he did not perform live activities. That was the established theory, but surprisingly, around this time, GARY had started a five-piece double guitar and keyboard band. Of course, the sound sources of this lineup are extremely valuable and have not been distributed even among traders! This time, we have obtained a master cassette that was recorded locally in London by Japanese record company staff at the time (the photo is on the back jacket). It includes a recording of a performance at the Lyceum in London on July 16, 1972. was completely recorded with sufficient high sound quality at the time. It was said that it was a live performance of about 50 minutes as an opening act for ARGENT, but Gary put on a wonderful live performance, playing from beginning to end. After this, they formed a trio and played Time To Heal, which would be included in 1973’s Grinding Stone, as the opening song, followed by Boogie My Way Back Home, and 17, which featured an intense long guitar solo. Spirit will be played for the next few minutes. In the middle of the song, Born Under A Bad Sign, which is familiar to Cream, is played with great force, but the highlight (I think) is the performance by Jan Schelhaas, a famous keyboard player who later joined CARAVAN and CAMEL. It is a rock number full of Irish taste that is played following a dramatic intro part featuring an organ. This song has a pop melody and unique riff that Gary Moore could have played in the 80’s, and in the interlude, the familiar twin lead guitar from THIN LIZZY, which would later be performed in BLACK ROSE, is played. It plays perfectly (!). Anyway, Gary Mania is the appearance of the biggest excavated sound source in recent years, which you should definitely listen to. Limited 1. Introduction (1:09) 2.
